Hang up a heavy boxing bag, watch some youtube basic lessons on boxing. Then do 10x 2 minutes rounds with your digital clock near on music on. Dance around the bag and have fun.

i suggest some sort of hip hop aerobics class. its a lot of fun and makes you think fast on your feet when you do the moves. its hard at first but you get better at it and it gets your heart pumping
@XXTheRealMcCoyXX this is true, but she just had a 30 day diet that was raw vegan, and that probably reduced her weight a little bit but probably did wonders for it's intended result!
She's said before that she's naturally very thin. Not everyone's bodies are the same - some people are thinner and some are heavier. You don't see her bones protruding or her skin looking sullen or pale - that's a sign she's not unhealthy.

My body was better able to absorb the nutrients AND I got comments from friends (in real life) saying how I'd put on weight. Thanks lovely for your concern, but there are more important things to put your beautiful energy towards x Love the body you were given!
I started walking a lot and take every opportunity I can to go walking. I also believe that yoga can be a heart rate raiser. Have you tried ashtanga yoga or even power yoga? They make you sweat and it feels like you are doing a cardio workout with the extra benefits of the breathing!
Jogging is also a really good way to be out in nature and literally melts the fat off you. You can start running 1 minute, walking 1 and half x 8 Hope this helps!

Try pilates : helps tone yet its like yoga!
