  • Wii EA Sports Active 2...good for indoor and helping to improve my skin along with eating a paleolithic type diet (not alot of fruit and nuts though) along with certain supplements. Seems to be making an improvement.

  • Try pilates : helps tone yet its like yoga!

I have acne and exercising is AMAZING for acne-prone people :) Please, if anything, go for these three things : 1) diet 2) exercise 3) water

  • I never used to like exercises but two years ago one of my friends started pole dancing so I decided to try it. Two years later i'm still doing it and loving it and have now started aerial silks with the same studio =]

  • tai chi

  • yoga

  • You need to get to the point in your videos and number two you need to put on some weight you look like a pencil

  • @realbitchnarmz08 You really live by your name lol ;)

  • Hang up a heavy boxing bag, watch some youtube basic lessons on boxing. Then do 10x 2 minutes rounds with your digital clock near on music on. Dance around the bag and have fun.

That will give you the best confidence and body.

  • horseback riding !!!!!! haha its kinda funny because its winter here in canada and summer down in austraila ........ but it didnt snow very much this winter

  • Hoola hooping!

  • But bodybuilding (training) is bad for your acne tough.

  • Why do you think that? I'm a personal fitness trainer and I've never seen a correlation between training and acne.

  • I'm not a scientific in any way, but it has been proved.

  • I go snowshoeing , snowboarding , and winter backpacking/camping. Surfing in Australia would be fun!

  • As some have said, try a dance class! Even if its an aerobics class, they are fairly dancey and fun!

  • Jazz and hip hop classes are amazing! I'm going to try a belly dancing class this weekend!

  • ur sooo lucky u live in australia!

  • try soccer or boxing

  • i belly dance

  • Try tennis!

  • i suggest some sort of hip hop aerobics class. its a lot of fun and makes you think fast on your feet when you do the moves. its hard at first but you get better at it and it gets your heart pumping

  • dance, jump rope (skipping)

  • thank you for posting this :) I needed to hear it! lol.

  • I would suggest you jogging and/or stretching, or dance. :-)

  • No offence but you look really underweight, how is this normal or healthy? = /

  • @XXTheRealMcCoyXX some people are just that way.

  • @XXTheRealMcCoyXX this is true, but she just had a 30 day diet that was raw vegan, and that probably reduced her weight a little bit but probably did wonders for it's intended result!

  • this is the skinniest I've seen her in any video so far, and i weigh in at 132lb... so people talk about me needing to beef up... Look at her!

  • That doesnt mean she IS. Masaai are very skinny, but in excellent health.

  • She's said before that she's naturally very thin. Not everyone's bodies are the same - some people are thinner and some are heavier. You don't see her bones protruding or her skin looking sullen or pale - that's a sign she's not unhealthy.

  • This is so hilarious, thank you for caring about my weight :) ACTUALLY, I put on weight when I was raw! My body was better able to absorb the nutrients AND I got comments from friends (in real life) saying how I'd put on weight. Thanks lovely for your concern, but there are more important things to put your beautiful energy towards x Love the body you were given!

  • Exercise is important! I notice a dramatic difference in my mood and skin when I do exercise. Thanks for the video, I'm going to exercise some more:)

  • I started walking a lot and take every opportunity I can to go walking. I also believe that yoga can be a heart rate raiser. Have you tried ashtanga yoga or even power yoga? They make you sweat and it feels like you are doing a cardio workout with the extra benefits of the breathing!

Jogging is also a really good way to be out in nature and literally melts the fat off you. You can start running 1 minute, walking 1 and half x 8 Hope this helps!
