  • everyone sub my channel,ty.

  • WOW! Mumia is incredibly intelligent, listening to this clip opened up my eyes to the real truth of American society. It makes no sense to have him locked up for speaking out against the injustices of society on poor minority people & for seeking a revolutionary change that brings forth equality! FREE MUMIA ABU-JAMAL

  • much love and respect for this man

  • Even if Mumia IS guilty, what is he guilty of? Defending his brother from a racially motivated, aggravated assault by a criminal cop who had been the recipient of multiple race-related internal affairs complaints? I do not agree with Mumia's liberal politics, but I do agree with his supporters that he did not receive a fair trial and that his Constitutional rights were otherwise violated to the hilt. Also, Mumia was and is "angry" because cops feloniously victimize blacks.

  • Mumia Abu-Jamal is a piece of shit

  • Thirty-eight Philadelphia police officers have been arrested in the prior two years, which extrapolates to a staggering five-percent arrest rate. That suggests that most Philly cops are criminals, as a 2004 prosecutor-conducted study of the Philadelphia Police Department determined that (in effect) over 95% of police crimes are covered up. Also, a cop's definition of misconduct is dramatically different from the legal one. Cops become so deluded that they do not realize that they are felons.

  • he is very right, both democrats and republicans are corrupt.

  • (continued)

There is anecdotal evidence aplenty that he convicted minority defendants, and manipulated juries to do so, based on their race. All but two jurors in Mumia's case were whites who admitted to being racists during the voir dire. The few potential black jurors in the pool were excluded by prosecutors. Mumia was convicted before his trial even started.

  • Much respect...I hope people wake up soon. Revolution is the only answer to the problems we face as a nation.

    The Whiteboy

  • Free Mumia the hero!

  • LONG LIFE MUMIA !!!

  • What a complete and absolute dope.

  • I hope he never gets out of prison

  • @AmericanBadass44 Fuck you. He deserves to be out. The only ones that are going to know what happen is God Him,His brother and The officer he was convicted of "killing" There's always going to be 2 sides to the story's and it goes to show you how ignorant are government system is, His story will never get told until after he is out and truth will prevail.

Have a great day you fuck.

  • You have a great day too :D

  • @Kushclouds420 Fuck you, he'll die in there

  • @AmericanBadass44 You mad bro?

  • Of course not, I'm not the one trying to free someone who will never be and shouldn't be free

  • @Kushclouds420 But why would you claim that he "deserves to be out," when you admit that you don't know what happened that night? Are you suggesting that even if he did murder someone that he should be allowed to be free?

  • @Kushclouds420 He had the chance to tell his story during his trial, and he refused to take the stand. The only other (living) person who witnessed the event, Jamal's own brother, refused to take the stand as well. Why? Remember, he was found guilty by a jury - not by the "government." Don't try to argue that he's being silenced, there are hundreds of interviews on youtube alone. Can you point to any of the interviews where he denies killing Faulkner, or even talks about that night in question?

  • @asilomar10 Okay. This is what I think. How many other court cases where fudged? There is plenty You can look them up for yourself. Corruption Is out there in the US. Cases are fudged and paid off. This is one of them.. What is he suppose to do? The eye see's what the eye believes remember that.

  • @Kushclouds420

Mumia has been in court several times, they always find him guilty. Its not just "one fudged case"

  • @asilomar10 Also Why, if he fired four bullets down at Faulkner, only hitting him once in the head, was there no evidence in the sidewalk around the officer's body of the bullets that missed? No marks on the sidewalks? Forensics Didn't even test around Faulkner's body?

  • @Kushclouds420

He only hit him once when he was on the ground because he already fired his other four shots into Faulkers back while he was standing up.

    Look it up.

  • @Kushclouds420 Marks on the sidewalk? I'm pretty sure the cops and "forensics" were a little more interested in the bullet in Faulkner's head. Thanks.

  • @Kushclouds420 Wait - so he deserves to be out, but no one knows what happened? That's an interesting take on the situation, isn't it?

  • @asilomar10 This world is not far. Need example? America fought against Nazi Germany, hated them, despised them, mobilized millions of soldiers and hundred of thousands died, yet, American Corporations were making weapons contract(Yes, Businesses don't care who it is, their is money to be made). Then, NASA was(probably was until it got shut down) run by Nazi scientists who had a gun to their head. Get the picture? Don't discriminate against knowledge, your government doesn't, why should you?

  • @soldier93rus Wow, NASA was run by Nazis "who had a gun to their head." Now I've heard everything. Thanks for the laugh.

  • @asilomar10 Research "Project Paperclip.

  • @asilomar10 Do a little research... Go online, talk to people from NASA, watch some documentaries....

  • @soldier93rus Wow, you mean there are documentaries for conspiracy theories on the internet?! Amazing. I had no idea! I have family members who work and have worked for NASA. They - like most intelligent people who can think for themselves - laugh off these kind of childish fantasies that are made up because people are bored with their lives. I mean really, guy. You're the kind of person who thinks that there's a mattress conspiracy trying to make you oversleep in the morning. Sad.

  • @asilomar10 Go read about what the soviet union, UK and U.S where doing when they divided Germany into 4 territories... Germany was the only country in the WORLD that created rockets(figured how to make them, and such)... After Nazi Germany falls, their people(Scientists) unprotected, several years later, U.S and USSR are having a space race... Coincidence, huh? Ever hear about Nazi Germany bombing the UK with missiles during WW2 that came straight from Germany? I laugh at people like you.......

  • @soldier93rus Hmmm, well that's interesting, since the idea came from a Russian in 1898, and the first successful launch was by an American in 1926. Sorry. But keep laughing. It's obvious that you're a loser who has failed at life, and subscribes to sci-fi fantasies in a pathetic attempt to keep yourself entertained. So by all means, laugh as much as you can, while you can. It doesn't effect me - or anyone else - one bit.

  • I'm not sure what he did but he is absolutely right.

  • Reading the illiterate, nonsensical posts of the Mumia supporters just goes to show that the white supremacists were right all along.

  • @614grind Heck I thought Mumia was in prison cause he killed someone.

  • @trottheblackdog Touche. He still speaks the truth and for the record, he has always claimed his innocence.

  • @614grind That's actually incorrect. He didn't claim his innocence until 2001 - 20 years after being found guilty of murder. He never even entered a "Not Guilty" plea during his trial. That's not what I call "truthful." It's the opposite. You've been deceived.

  • let him out and elect him president...ahahahaha you pigs would be fucked then..theres more of us than there are them..we need to stand up against this "freedom"...yeah youre free to do what youre told..and if you dont well i guess mumia is a good example.complacancy is wrong

  • GO MUMIA!

  • God Bless, I was able to 2 take the cotton out of my ears and put it in my mouth and listen.

  • what the fuck did mumia di ti deserve this? he didnt kill no cop and he was framed! ''MUMIA GUAN BE FREE!!!'' mumia cant go to jail because the mother fuckin capitalists pigs are punk ass bitches who do nothing but tell lies ''NO MORE LIES! NO MORE LIES!''

  • FREE MUMIA!

  • Just execute this POS. He's a drain on the system.

  • @TheDanny7698 Just kill yourself. Your a drain on humanity.

  • @TheDanny7698 Shut the fuck up. Do you even know his story? They should probably just execute you, you piece of shit.

  • Die Freak!!

  • @grgoldner I say the same to you but go further by urging you to let me know how I can be of assistance in your demise, dumbshit.

  • Republicrat, Democran; it's a one party system. - Sage Francis.

  • FREE MUMiA . . . . Then Free Your MiNd. . .& Finally Free Yourself

  • @USAFTiger Blah, blah, blah, blahblahblah, dudebro! You're one person with two accounts. Good for you. Congratulations. God bless. Later.

  • @jasonbravo77 Sure, in a paranoid universe. Or, maybe a guy has a real friend that they met in real life; or, a serviceman on injury comes home, meets a guy in a coffee shop putting a magazine together, and we get laughs over the sensitivity typical in an America with men of low self-esteem. So, dudebro, keep puffing your chest up, but know you can't hide forever. My dad used to say of guys like you, "...the kind who denies he has to clean boots for a living..."

  • @FoolMagazine Keep on dancing for my amusement.

  • Comment removed

  • @jasonbravo77 Dude, just give-up... this guy is making you look stupid. The Fool is making you look like a fool.

  • @USAFTiger Naw, just helping the guy to get where he's already going.

  • @USAFTiger Dude, bro...! I'm not even engaging either of you - why you keep tripping over each other to entertain me is kind of weird, but funny - so thanks!

  • Be strong Mumia!

  • @MrSpookeyspook What? Sounds like you really want to see an execution. Probably shouldn't be so excited though, might think you are into it sexually. And that would make for a weird execution... some guy sweating and moaning while they end this nigger's life. I'm using that pejoratively of course. And... maybe you've seen someone die... but it's not like WWF or ulitimate fighting, it's actually kind of boring. Good luck with that though.

  • @august1876

The american liberation is a joke.

  • what a world, where white, uneducated racists still are able to raise their voice to propagate injustice. Free the Voice of the Voiceless. Free Mumia Abu Jamal for justice.

    from Germany

    and fuck all Nazis

  • cops have killed too, i dont see the difference between killing a cop and killing another armed man working a job.

  • Thats Actually Why I Don't Go To Church They Teach False Systems Of Guidance

  • FREE MUMIA

  • FREE MUMIA

  • KILLUMINATI.

  • To the can-dee-dee dee-dee:

Danny Faulkner is rotting in a grave forever and ever, mang.

"Time does not heal all wounds" (from the "Ballad of Danny Faulkner" by McGettigan Turner 2,000 AD )

  • so hard to face the truth-

  • yeah he still rotten in some stinkin prison cell in philly to this day.

  • Free Mumia!

  • listen u going to school does not prove intellect it just means your letting the government turn you into a slave

  • Mumia did you ever attend collge?

  • did you ever look more deeper in the parties agenda...???

  • Yes, thats why we are having a conversation with words....are you inherently a hypocrite or do you strive for it. I mean either way its working for you. Congrats!

  • When?

  • What?

  • Why you so easy to rile up.

  • called a typo toy...do you realize how angry and stupid you sound. Since you won't come to oakland and let me practice small joint manipulations on you, this convo is over.

  • whatever. the only things worse than mumia are his supporters. to actually believe this guy isn't guilty and call him a hero is ludicrous. even worse, they accuse the victim's widow of being racist for petitioning for the punishment of her husband's killer

  • Whatever. You give away your intelligence level to early and to willingly. If you have even given the trial a cursory examination you would realize that the supposed solid ground you bring your convictions of his guilt from is riddled with holes. If you continue to try to draw streanght from the mistruth, then you reveal yourself to be a fool.

  • Hahahaha! Read: alchemistvstiger can't even string together a valid argument, so he resorts to childish name-calling.

And how's that working for you? You actually think I'm offended by your semi-literate, homo-thug comments?

PS. Where were you on Saturday? I own that neighborhood! What a bunch of pussies. I've never seen such a tame hood in my entire life.

  • What is PM? feel free to post it regardless, If I said it I meant it. WE actualy both talk in circles cause we are both secure with our positions. I just happen to be secure with the truth, while you are secure with a lie.

  • Smartest thing I've seen you say. Except that I have no idea what you mean by "truth" and "lie."

I mean, have you ever presented an argument here? Or do you just call people names? Because all I've seen is the latter.

    .

  • bout time. By the way, house nigger is a term that is quite well known. Just type it into google and it should point the way for you.

  • Hi everyone, this guy Jason has been on youtube for a good four months, logging on every day and calling for death to Mumia. He's a house ass, nigga ass troll so I would be warring in trying to argue with him. He goes in circles. And he's here for the long run.

  • please would love to meet you fucking house nigga. Come to OAkland and contact my board anytime your ready. Any fucking time house nigga.

  • Send me your address. I'm not far away! We can have a cup of coffee and chat! It will be so much fun for me.

    .

  • Well I think the conversation is over, I was going to offer you some boxed drinks and orange slices but the main object was to square off in the park. There is really no reason for you to have functioning knees so I figured we could start with that. Is tomorow afternoon good? let me know. How bout lake merrit park? around noon. I'll wear a yellow oakland A's cap. Its unique, hard to miss. North end of the lake. I'll bring the boxed drinks.

  • Tomorrow afternoon's good!

    .

  • Three facts:

    1. Mumia was in fact an outspoken critic against the system before the murder.

    2. If Mumia did not receive a fair trial it was his own fault for trying to act as his own attorney and for continually disrupting the trial proceeding

    3. The gun found in Mumia's possession was the murder weapon.

  • @AlphabetSoup03824 For sure. You can side with authority, or with organizations like Amnesty Int and HRC, hmmmm! I wonder who has the less biased opinion in this case, the police and the officers family, or world renowned international human rights defending institutions. let me ponderrrr

  • @FloodPower Keep pondering. Mumia was found guilty by a 12-person jury - not "authority," or "the police and the officers family." Are you aware how a murder trial works, or do you just swallow whatever Amnesty International crams down your ignorant throat?

  • @august1876 I don't believe he's guilty but even if he was I'd support him. He's accused of killing a cop, not an innocent.

  • @AlphabetSoup03824

    3. The prosecution claimed that the shot which killed Faulkner came from Mumia Abu-Jamal’s legally registered .38-caliber weapon, contradicting the medical examiner’s report that the bullet removed from Faulkner’s brain was a .44-caliber. This fact was kept from the jury.

  • your mother is the weird one for pooting out a sorry excuse for a human being like you...........tough guy we all know and love? that sounds weird to me..dont have a clue wtf youre talking about to be honest...anyway have a good life and watch out for big brother, he is on his way to get you and the rest of the fascists falling into the trap....go kiss obamas ass

  • high doubt no doubt that is the problem, quit doubting and have faith

the truth is easy to decipher

    dont believe the hype

    dragon blood may drown you

  • the commentors on here are pathetic ignorant infantile assholes, and id slap them all silly and back into last week so they could pick up their teeth

  • well then, you think and act like a white person. So I guess that would make you even more pathetic than I even imagined if you aren't white. Look at how fast you roll over and die. Why would I ever want to meet you in person? So I can spit in your face? I guess that would be somewhat satisfying.

  • yeah, just another racist douche. No need to waste my time on your kind. Shooting fish in a barrel.

  • He was a radio journalist. Just because you want to ignore facts, doesn't make them untrue. Again, you don't know what a political prisoner is. See, in order to be a political prisoner, one must embody ideals that aren't even a choice of his own. The fact that his skin is black is political in itself. Mumia is a martyr, and a good one at that. Just because you are an ignorant racist doesn't change that.

  • let's talk facts for a second. Who owned this land before you got here? It wasn't white people. Your "facts" are irrelevant compared to the bloody truth.

  • what's really funny is that you don't even know what a political prisoner really is. either that or you are just playing dumb to win an argument. either way you are pathetic

  • If you want to talk at a mature level you atleast put some effort to it.

It's funny that you put words in my mouth saying I call him a political prisoner. Also if you want to be blind to the facts go ahead, if you're not willing to look for yourself then you're not open to a discussion.

    I laugh at you.

  • also like that you said that he didn't criticize anything connected to the government;

"For some time after the attack, he conducted interviews with imprisoned MOVE members and was virtually the only member of the media to openly challenge Philadelphia mayor Frank Rizzo's version of what happened"

  • Oh by the way maybe you should get your facts straight before you shoot off your mouth and make yourself look like a fool.

    QUOTE:

    "Career

Cofounder and Minister of Information, Philadelphia chapter of Black Panther Party, 1968-c. 1973; radio journalist, 1970-81, continued when possible while in prison, 1982--; author, Live From Death Row, 1995, Death Blossoms, 1997."

also "To SUPPLEMENT his income, Abu-Jamal had to drive a cab"

  • hah that's cute, "goverment agency" but the system itself and It's injustice

  • Actually he spread at the time a controversial through his radio show.

  • Jesus was persecuted.. His hair was of wool.

  • in 2009, this interview still touches me. there's something rotten about economy...

  • this was a good video. thanks

  • The government wants to kill this man more for his words than for (supposedly) killing a cop. An articulate black man is more of a threat than a murderous black man to the status quo...

Let's see if anything changes (for better or worse) now that we have a black President :)

  • I think that he should get a fair trail again. whether you agree or not.

  • this man did not receive a fair trial he should be set free on this alone.

or we could just give him another trial...

what's so wrong with that? his 38. was never tested by forensics on whether or not it was discharged, and mumia also was never tested on whether he discharged a fire arm.

also key witness were not allow to testify on behave of mumia. and according to one of the witness, during his interrogation he was coerced into creating a false statement on behave of the police..

  • FREE MUMIA ABU JAMAL

  • its not easy to see why this man had to be imprisoned.

  • It is very easy to see why he has been imprisoned, he was found guilty of murder and sentenced to death by a jury. Hope that helps you understand the process.

  • i meant it is not hard....or it is easy to see....

  • Well knowing that it is easy to see why he is in prison, also know that he is not a political prisoner nor is he wrongfully in prison.

  • no that ur opinion. he is a political prisoner.

  • Although it is my opinion it is based upon the fact that he was convicted of murder, not for being an anti-establishment voice. He was given the death sentence because he killed a P.O. in the course of his duties, not because he espoused some radical b.s. from MOVE. He is still in prison because all of the appeals which have been filed for him have not been successful, because he was and is guilty and was found so by a jury of 12.

  • You simpleton the fact that you assert a belief in absolutes concerning our government proves that you are either naive or just stupid! O.J. was found innocent so that must mean that you believe he was! You are a simpleton!

  • I am not sure how believing in absolutes makes me a simpleton but like most MAJ believers you would rather call names than debate the issues. Under our judicial system O.J. was found "not guilty" not innocent, big difference. The assertions that I made regarding MAJ's case is based upon the facts of the case and appeals not upon some belief in our government or opinion. Now, upon what do you base your opinion that MAJ is either innocent or a political prisoner?

  • The difference in your assertion is that O.J. was released from the kind of confinement Mumia is subject to! The lawyers of that case could only wish they had the kind of evidence relaying innocence that Mumia has! Recanted witness statements, and forinsic.

  • OAL, you need to read the actual transcripts of the trial and PCRA hearings before accepting the b.s. put out by these pro MAJ sites. There have not been any "forensics" which either prove or even shadow the conviction of MAJ. You must mean the .44 cal vs .38 cal bullet red herring which was floated years ago and was debunked by MAJ's own forensic witness at the PCRA hearing in 1995. No witness for the prosecution has recanted any portion of their testimony. Bring it.

  • First of all you are wrong about the ballistic notations taken and there was a discrepancy between the hand written .44 caliber on the document but it must have been changed and said to be an error because this report was featured on the HBO documentary!

  • .44 cal was written by the medical examiner on a form which contains initial observations. The m.e. was not a trained firearms forensic examiner, he was mistaken because of the apparent size of the hole in the officers head. This is all in the PCRA hearing in 1995 but is still trotted out to people that won't read the transcripts.

  • There have also been new pictures submitted by journalists for Mumia which show no cab at the scene of the crime (where a witness Chobert said he was waiting in at time of the shooting). The pictures show the officers handeling the guns without gloves!

  • Pretty easy to figure that the taxi would not be there when Polakoff got there, Chobert was being interviewed at the P.D. at 5:20 am. Polakoff arrived on the scene by his recollection at about 5:15 am, I would think it would not have been his first picture, ie a shot of an empty space.

  • There is also no evidence of indentions in the cement where the three stray bullets which didn't enter Faulkner would have wound up had he been shooting from above as stated by the witness! These are all current points of contention and not mere talking points

  • No indentions? Exactly what picture have you seen which depicts "no evidence of indentions" there is quite a large amount of blood which could possible cover such. Regardless the lack of visibility does not preclude the possibility. As far as the officer handling of the guns, read his testimony, he said he was holding them by the grips, which is exactly what is depicted in the pictures. Again read the transcripts and you will know the truth and it will set you free.

  • Innocent or guilty, free mumia.

  • Guilty! He's right about how polititions sold their souls to corporations though.

  • what is mumia accused for?? I don't understand?

  • He's not accused of anything, he is guilty of the murder of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner.

  • Yeah there were multiple witnesses and he even laughed about it. The bullets matched the gun he was caught standing over the body holding if I recall correctly. The evidence of his guilt is overwhelming.

  • Killing a cop. Some say he was fingered because of his affiliations with the Black Panther Party and MOVE. A lot of the witnesses at his initial trial recanted their statements and a guy turned up back in the 90's saying he was the actual murderer. I'm not sure about the credibility of those claims, but you can look into it. Regardless, he's an intelligent guy.

  • and btw... good work with the two-pronged racism... you hate black people and canadians. Go invade some more coutries thank you very much.

  • You say that like it was a bad thing. What is a coutries?

  • Umm... it is a bad thing.. dumbass

And a coutry is country with a typo asshole... wow insulting someone for typing quickly... what do you do all day... read youtube comments for typos?

  • I'm sorry I did not realize that asking what a coutries was, is insulting. So be it if you are that easily insulted stay your ass in Canada. You are such a master of words I am amazed that you condescend to write to us common folk. ebonny=dog?

  • umm.. ebonny is my dogs name.. dumbfuck

  • that may be... but either way... he deserves better than you... You think that just because he killed a cop... he deserves to die. But in my opinion... one less cop is a good thing.

  • Right ebony, when a thug puts a gun in your back and takes your money call a prisoner for help.

  • first of all.. i dont have money for him to take, second of all... a prisoner would probably do a better job helping me than some fucking pig

  • Great argument ebony, good luck with that attitude, I am sure that it will take you to the pinnacle of success. When you make it to prison please let all of your fans know.

  • nursegotrocks, what PROOF do YOU have to prove that Mumia killed Off. Faulkner and not the REAL culprit, Arnold Beverly? Know what you're talking about before you speak on it.

  • CHJ2 the main proof of MAJ's guilt is the fact that 12 jurors found him to be guilty in July, 1982 after weighing all of the evidence which was presented at a 2 week trial. MAJ's present attorney does not subscribe to A.Bev's claim which is to his credit. A.Bev's claim is not credible and anyone with a grammer school education should be able to compare A.Bev with MAJ and Billy Cook's affidavits and realize that they are not possible each contradicts the other. Why would MAJ not have seen A.Bev?

  • A police officer dies and it's a crisis. A man dies trying to change the world and society just says "another life lost". What makes those uniformed slaves any different from the rest of society huh? What do those pigs do for you? They enforce laws for a damn check to eat! You think they don't abuse their rights as authorities? Is that justice?

  • i feel sorry for fools like you, you behave all like your big shit on a youtube comment board, but you wouldn't have half the balls to say that to a mumia supporter, for the simple reason that you are ignorant, and cowardly. for the sake of us who have hope and KNOW that mumia abu jamal is innocent, please stop posting useless garbage, it is not WANTED

  • Mumia knows too much that he is locked up

  • There is a new book out "The Framing of Mumia Abu-Jamal," arguing that the actual shooter was Kenneth Freeman. The NY Times took the book seriously enough that they wrote a strong article in the front section on May 2. See more at Abu-Jamal-News(dot)com

Note that witnesses Veronica Jones and Dessie Hightower both said they saw someone run away before police arrived. They were both intimidated by police because of this.

This new author, O'Connor, has written a good review of "Murdered by Mumia".

  • Wow, it's amazing Mumia can do all this stuff and people have rallies for him and yet he was convicted of murdering that police officer, as I wrote in my editorial. Amazing.

If you want to read my editorial, it's at:
