The supreme law of the land in the United States is the US Constitution, and not the "breathing living document" type leftist argument crap which would make whatever they say the law of the day, but the original meaning of the wording of this social contract, as any contract or constitution inherently demands.

International law does not exist, all law is nationally-based, and works through treaties that do not contravene the respective constitutions.

The point is that the source of authority and police powers giving legitimacy and power to any law, is always national.

International law is based upon treaties (unilateral or multilateral) between nation-states, not imposed upon nation-states by organizations such as the UN like leftists want.
