The way to not have panic attacks is to allow them. The energy of a panic attack simply wants to release. When it releases memories, thoughts come to mind, associated with the causative event. The subconscious releases information to the conscious. Once we've listened it doesn't need to keep repeating the experience. Let "the attack happen". Eventually we run out of them.
I thank you very much for recommending this for me. I will be honest I appreciate it alot. but knowing that I might have to order the Panic Away book would sound great if me or my mom has the money but sadly we dont. but still I feel glad and a bit comforted by it saying that I can free myself from what I call my anxiety a living nightmare.
@CassiePinkPearl Well you certainly aren't. I don't know about your personal circumstances but at least you KNOW you are suffering from anxiety episodes. When I was younger, I did not and it was many many years later that I realized what it was having heard about other folk's experiences on the TV.

It just adds to the mystery of life eh? But I won't let it bug me. I'll shut the computer down, let it refresh itself and wake it up tomorrow. I think we should all do the same.
