Every school should be nurtured heart! Clear consistent rules, no energy to negativity, flooding of positive recognition to what is going right. "I see you. You are capable. Not only of following rules but of every thing asked of you. You WILL be successful."

I love the Nurtured Heart approach! Would love to see this in the Charlotte school systems! Parents and Teachers can get so much out of the approach and this video doesn't even mention how time-outs work but after you give students their inner wealth the resets or time-outs are so much easier and not excessive.
