In case anyone's interested, they're showing The Fall Guy Season 3 in the UK on ITV4. Starting on Wednesday 15th June 2011, 2:50 pm - Season 3,episode 1, Devil's Island. Repeated the next day in the morning.

I found The Fall Guy on Hulu. She's so beautiful she must have been a model during this time but I can't find any nude pictorials. I would think she would have done Playboy to promote the show.
