Point in fact Effluent water is called Non Potable since it still contains Ammonia and bacteria not safe for consumption at the level it occurs I am studying to become a Treatment plant operator and my Father is a TPO currently with LA County LosAngeles Calif.
So where did all the chloride, piss, shit, gasoline, oil, soap, shampoo, beer, wine, alcohol, and other discusting stuff people should not drain, went?

@BinkieMcFartnuggets eww i wonder if they use this in riverside ca? dam i drink this stuff. honestly 1.25 for 5 gallons of tab drinking water at shopping centers and in faucets. we buy our water from nearby towns
@infamoussafg Actually, this is wastewater treatment. So this is not what you drink, this is what leaves your house. It is then treated to standards set by the EPA before being released back into rivers.
