Every nation has the right to arms technology, as this is part of their defense. Should it only be limited to the seemingly "friendly" nations like USA to the exclusive right to exploring such a technology. Every nation has the right to defend itself. After what we all have witnessed in Gaza, Israel exposed a real terrorist state, I believe these US personalities start showing genuine concern in the arms control BUT it is obvious the US applies SELECTIVE approach. Israel has violated MORE resolutions and international law than ALL the Arab countries combined. ahmadinejad implied that iran wanted equal representation of palestinians as israeli in the solution for a 2 state, going back to the pre-1967 border, something israel refuses to do. palestinians have never gotten represented as much as israelis since the founding of israel in 1948, they were driven out of their homes and forced into other arab countries and internment camps.

misquoting ahmadinejad's statement is like saying that the statements of all american presidents from 1945-1991 were to "wipe soviet union off the map" as if through military action force, when in reality they wanted to wipe off the ideology of communism and the communist regime, similarily ahmadinejad's statement implies that he want's to wipe off the zionist regime (not actual country or it's land/peoples) in effect ending zionism just as how the end of the soviet regime ended world communism.
