i don't think its a lens glare. you can see that the camera was not facing the sun by the reflection of sun glare on the tower wall. another thing is that since the camera was shaking too much i doubt that if that was the lens glare, it might make a zig-zag or wavy line instead of straight line.

I think that mankind has replicated some of the technology but my belief is that man hasn't yet perfected the propulsion technology. I just don't think we can duplicate the same eccentric flight patterns. Space travel yes but 0-3000mph in a blink, not yet. That's just what I think. Of course hidden technologies could be 1,000 years ahead of us but there's really no need for that kind of speed on earth.

Aliens exist, they live among us, certain people are in the know, and everyone outside the know are living in the past when it comes to technological advancements. It's just a hunch I have that tells me that humans are too content to want to go unnecessary speeds when it only matters on this planet. Space travel has no need for anti-gravitation, and space should be where most resources are concentrated.

Also I have a whole paragraph with 21 thumbs up which explains how light refraction off of clouds can't happen to a magnitude to make a light source appear.
