I like the Meal-On-The-Go bars better than their shakes because the shakes leave me hungry. I eat 1 meal bar with fruit like a Banana. You are right the Strawberry one does taste like soap, also the capuchino flavor one leaves a horrible aftertaste and makes your poop & pee smell like starbucks. ha ha It's basically chocolate milk you can make at home 8g of protein in a can of Slim fast same as a glass of milk with vanilla or chocolate mixed in.
