Basically, Rotti and Nathan's grudge ends with Shiloh having to choose between shooting her dad and taking GeneCo, or not. She chooses not to, and Rotti ends up shooting Nathan himself, effectively dying five seconds later due to his terminal illness. Shilo runs from the theater, and it's the last we see of her.

As for myyy humble opinion on the Amber vs Shilo thing, YES, it loooooks like Amber. But Amber got her nice little wrap-up. We have no idea what happened to Shilo, so it logically it's more likely to be Shilo. Also, it kinda sounds more like Shilo if you listen reeeeeal closely.

Also, LOL LUIGI IS SO CUTE! I WANT HIM SO HARD! It is physically impossible for me to comment on a Repo video without noting Luigi's adorableness.
