"Presea" used as a noun in spanish does mean something of value, but in this song it's using it as a verb in "PuertoRican". Presea in "PuertoRican" (trust me we do have our own spanish lol) comes from the word "Press" and it's used in sports (think full court press in basketball) and in nagging ex-girlfriends meaning to block--constantly pressure an opponent--persue constantly--etc.
