Resident evil 2, as great of a game that it was, one play through with the game and you already knew what to expect. Nothing was randomized. The loading between doors was AWFUL. If RE6 is scary, I hope it feels like Lost In NIghtmares. That was the perfect blend of RE5/RE 1. Perfect.

I want to see either Rebecca or Claire back. I know a lot of RE fans hate Rebecca, but I want to see her come back. Chris, Jill and Leon have gotten a lot of attention lately. We haven't seen Claire since Code Veronica and we haven't seen Rebecca since RE1 really. I'm not counting the Chronicles games or Mercenaries either. I want RE6 to be darker. Idc which camera angle they use, I just want darkness and the creepy factor just like in Lost in Nightmares

I hope Leon isn't in RE6, he's got a movie coming up called RE: Damnation. I hope to see Claire in RE6 because her last game was Code: Veronica. But also Chris and Jill again because they are the OG's of the franchise. I only want to see Leon if Chris is in it also, so they can meet up.

Btw have you played Code: Veronica? Because you refer to RE1, 2 and 3 as the only ones that use static camera angles. Code Veronica does, also RE0, and the remake of RE1 (REmake), which is the best one imo.

@NTom92 I actually HAVE Code Veronica, from a friend (manbearpigsereal, who already commented on this video) I played it a little, but I'll play it all the way through soon if it's as good as he says, I THINK I played RE0 when I was a little younger, or watched some people play it, it looked SWEET from what I recall, I should definitely get round to that too some time.

@LokizarroX Well, you should definitely get Code Veronica when it's HD version gets released in September on PSN, i will be even though i already have it on PS2. And yes, it is definitely as good as he says, it's excellent.

RE0 is a prequel for Gamecube and Wii, it's decent, but it's nothing compared to the RE1 remake.

@tyakack lol it was getting long, it's not naturally straight, believe it or not I had to straighten it myself, otherwise it would look strange-ish.. when it got wet or when I sweated it would fuck up a little, I got hotter easier too when it was long.

It grows pretty quick anyway ;)

I also think that RE2 was the best in the series, the remake of RE1 on the Gamecube was also amazing.

I think it would work very well if they used the gameplay mechanics of RE4 & 5 (over the shoulder) but kept the survival horror aspects of the original games. Plus if they keep it in confined spaces, it would add a claustrophobic feel to the game. : )

The two best are 3 and Code: Veronica, 4 is good, but like RE5 it isn't RE.

You gotta wonder why people don't like 5 but love 4 though, 5 expands on 4 in every possible way and CO-OP.

6 should return to corner cam though, corner cam RE > TPS RE

I prefer 4 to 5 really, at the time 4 was different and very well fleshed out story wise, and made a fair amount of innovations for it's time, RE5 felt more generic than 4 for some reason, I guess people felt it was too predictable after waiting for quite a long time, when similar shooting games were already crowding the market.

although the co-op is tonnes of fun in RE5 ;)

and I agree, the fixed camera angles make a big difference.
