@foxyvixen19 Onl pole work and conditioning is on the DVD. This is a video showing all of the classes that I run at my studio.  The DVD is only pole work, but it covers alot.

thanks for your suggestion. my classes are one hour and it would be impossible for me to put that on here. I cant upload the whole one hour session of a beginner class. I do have an instructional dvd however that covers the first 3 levels of classes at the studio.
