that's obviously a fake banlist, first off the only one of the four it says they're banning that makes sense is reborn, it's broken and u can pitch it for monk, so I think it's possible. DSF is the main reason CRMS sells, if he's banned they'll hardly sell any, so they'll limit him. CoSR is good but not worth banning, none of the top four abuse it, so there's no point in banning it. And CCV was just confirmed in turbo pack, so why would they release it just to ban it in a little over 2 weeks?

kitty, monk, mind control, JD and call of the haunted if it get's unbanned should be at 1. Solemn probably won't get hit cuz it's not worth killing, hardly any decks run it anymore, so why bother? Gale at 1 would almost kill BW, which would be bad for their sales so they deffinetly won't do it, I think they'll but it at 2. Demise and BRD, why bother? and cold wave I can see hapening, but I doubt they will just cuz they're killing synchro cat.

Have fun in the glad/ls format. Glads beat monarchs so easy. Cornarchs were first out in glad format then chariot came out at the time teledad came out. But with chariot in 2'3's monarchs are hard to win with, especially with 1 solemn now. Glads rape face. This format makes celestia eat everything. D-draw to 3 is alright idc cuz mali stays at 2. 3 d-draw with 2 mali 1-2 d-dude maybe plasma or defender =there gonna have bad hands sometimes. List is good.

not too sure, the part that struck me as odd is solemn and warrior lady mainly, warrior lady is a little too good to have it unlimited, and solemn has never been touched and its the only thing that keeps everything balanced.. a few others thare are just sencless:

Fissure at 3: two, but not 3.

CoSR: why? they already killed any deck that could use it effectivly short of LS.

Breaker: im back and forth on this, but it could prove to be devastating.

Konami has a habit of reprinting cards after they have been banned. Magician of Faith, Metamorphosis in the Champ Pack 1. Breaker and Black Luster Soldier-EotB was reprinted in that Master Set thing (yes breaker was banned at one time...or two). So there is no use complaining about anything. People will still play the game or people will quit. Maybe people will start playing after they have quit years ago because they actually like the changes. Time will tell.

They hurt BW and LS too much, yes, they needed to be taken down, but not that much. This possible banned list has more cons than pros. Like you said TRi, they needed to take LS and BW down but this would be too much. On top of that why would they put Solemn at 1? Solemn is not a broken card, you pay half of your life points to use it. Also they are going to switch Call of the Haunted and MR back to where they were before the ban list of Mar 1st. To top it off their going to limit the power of Synchro Cat greatly with Summoner Monk and Rescue cat to 1 a piece each.

Actually, cards like sorcerer and breaker don't need to be touched. They were fine where they were at. As well as Synchro cat does need to die, it's too powerful with cat and DSF. But everything else, agreed. Especially Solemn, that's the stupidest thing yet. Solemn is ANTI-meta, and the whole point of the banlist is to punch the meta. So why take Solemn down? I don't get it. Also the fact that Solemn is utter shit at 1...

Now that I think about it more, your right Tri. Sorcerer and Breaker are fine the way they are. I only have 1 Solemn in my Counter Fairy Synchro deck and I'm able to reuse it with Harvest and Mask of Darkness. But lets hope this is not the real banned list otherwise many decks like BW, LS, Synchro Cat, Monarchs, Zombies, Counter Fairy's, and so on are all going to be affected greatly. I bet that many people aren't going to be happy about it.

CF is the only deck you'd use Solemn in 1 like that. All other decks, it's just bad in 1s. 2 or 3 is where it should be at, it's a lot more flexible. Besides, it takes more skill to use it than other cards do, because using it incorrectly can get you killed because of the LP reduction. Not to mention, like I said, Solemn is anti-meta and the banlist is made to destroy current metas, so they're on the same team. It makes no sense to touch solemn at all.
