When i did it i managed to fail at the landing part after you do the wall run jump. So literally all that happened was I did a fancy walljump, landed behind them, then just stood there and smiled.

That was the funniest video game cutscene i've ever seen ever, dodging cars like it was fuckin' hopscotch, man, and then jumping a bridge like superman on hole in the wall LOL.

This scene blew my mind the first time I played this game, really got my adrenalin going. Still my favorite action scene and I still get the same rush playing it.

Did you play the Xbox version? ...Wow. I had no idea how generic-looking the Xbox direction buttons were on the controller! LOL. They remind me of that kids' toy Simon.

And why are the direction button indicators IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN? That's kinda distracting.

@whoo689 True, it is kinda distracting, but it supposed to give you a visual cue to do the "Simon Says" thing in order to make it through the scenes

Bought this game not too long ago on steam since I couldn't find in store. I can't believe I heard of this game just recently. Really amazing hope they make a sequel which will be available on pc. Btw this game worked fine on windows 7 for those who were complaining about crashes and compatability issues

Did it just work for you? I have it on disc. Worked on XP, but didn't and hasn't on Vista or 7. =( There are some tweaks online, but they just don't seem to work.

Yo, I dunno if this will work, but I was having the helicopter freeze problem, and after trial and error I did the following:

Resolution set to 640x480

Difficulty: easy

Now, this is the part where I dunno if I was just lucky, but when you have to press the keys for the helicopter, quickly fill the gauge till the blue part and slow down the stroking, just keep a steady, not so fast beat as long as it stays on the blue... just worked for me, but I dunno if it was pure luck.

WFT! ! best game ever...!! i love it !! one of the famoust and specteculars game last years... blah blah blah.. but.. if it is seems to be like it..why the firm "Quantic Dreams" turned off from PC ? why its no sequel happen from that cool game ? ure guys known the answer deep in your minds and downloads.. thx for killing the best game on PC with Piracy... ..

Very Good Game (although i have the censored US version). I still have never been able to do this part, since like many people have had problems with, the game freezes up when I grab the chopper.

Sadly, i have to load somebody else's save and continue AFTER this level just to finish the game. Although, i would have liked to have finished it on my own.

yes it freezes on the first try or also on the 2nd try, but when you keep pressing as hard as you can, giving all your energy, it will go through... also try pressing esc every now and then during that part so that you can rest your hands.. then continue... it really works.. i figured the solution after a few tries.. =D

I have the same freeze problem... but I have a question. Do the meter has to stay on the middle, or go all the way up till the blue end? Cause even before freezing if I go all the way to the right end, I fall too T_T

I remember that i managed to run it on Vista somehow but don't remember how just google it that's what i did. This game is one of my all time favourites and i really regretted not buying it for PS2.Whoever liked this game should also get Heavy Rain coming next week for the PS3. Its from the same company with similar gameplay (many characters,mystery solving,action sequenses etc.).

no it's not. Just make sure to play with a pad and be sure to have installed Windows XP

It doesn't work on Windows Vista. Maybe in Windows 7... don't know... jet ;)

If you have a PS2 or a XBOX get it for the console. It's the same

This game was very good but it's such a shame that the developers had to cut so much out of it to the point where the story barely even makes sense. Had they made it as they orignally wanted it to be it would have been much better. I didn't mind the strange plot twists but there was not enough explanation so they just seemed random. I hope they don't do the same with Heavy Rain, the new project. Nonetheless it's still a good game and worth playing. Sequences like this make it worthwhile.

Well, I understood the plot fairly well. It's extremely complicated, but it still makes sense if you pay attention to the small details.

[SPOILER]

- Oracle puts you into a trance to kill a man for an ancient Mayan ritual to find the indigo child, perfectly pure soul that was never incarnated until recently. The indigo child will pass on a secret that will give those who know it unlimited power. The orange clan (Mayans) and the Purple Clan (AI), are both after it to rule the world.

- The orange clan uses your girlfriend to lure you so they can get rid of you because you possess chroma (Forgot what it was, but it's some sort of power.) and you're getting in their way. Once you 'save' your girlfriend, you both fall from the top of a roller coaster and die. The purple clan then resurrects you (AI, so I guess it's possible...). And you meet up with Carla to find the Indigo Child before the orange clan does.

Thankyou for your explanation of the plot. That was how I saw it, too. I did understand the story (just!) but I felt that the problem was that there was not enough explanation given to certain elements (such as the apperance of the AI). The story does makes sense but the plot twists are so big they seem almost random. More detail would have helped. I recently bought the game again and when I have time I am going to play it again because there is a lot to like about it.

True that there's some stuff that's not really explained all that well, but that kinda leaves room for you to fill in the gaps on your own. This is currently my favorite game (Just beat it a few days ago for PC.) I'm going to buy the PS2 version and do a walkthough on it and upload to YT. (It'll be my 5th or 6th finished walkthrough, heh.)

this game deserves better. not the averge notices by game ciritics. i just hope heavy rain is good as this, because i never played a game like this or has there been game like it since it's first release. don't get me wrong i do love some of those game that all made it to the top. i just think this games give a prefect stroy line for game. the controlling was superb, and the music was the shit, it made a believer with the story thanxs for ur time.
