Never, never, never, and I mean never, use flaps on take off. Flaps are only used for take off on real planes when there carrying extra weight such as bombs and fuel and they need to take off in a short distance. Even landings you really don't need them on a model plane, they just look cool. Also manage your elevator on take off. How long have you been flying? This is such an easy plane to fly and take off even from grass. I hope you get better on your take off.
Were the noseover problems at the end because of a CG change or the addition of flaps? Didn't see if the flaps were active in the first part of the vid. Some up elevator during taxi would help for sure. It's a delicate touch though - it can jump into the air too soon (as you no doubt know)
