Basicly, you can generate a solid colour thing size it down and do motion tracking?

LOL this can be done way easyer! just slow it down, then go to media and ad a solid colour, make it red, make it a bit transparant make it smaller and moition track it.. done ooh and ad tv effect to clip !!!
