What you guys say here in the video is pretty common sense. Pretty obvious logic. Use dumbbells and your weak side will be forced to catch up to your strong side. However for me this has not worked. I started powerlifting when I was twelve and started strongman/ crossfit workouts around age 18. I'm 21 now so I'm not new to weightlifting. Over the years I have always incorporated dumbbells accounting for about half my sets.
I'm left handed and my right arm had never been as massive as my left.
@miguelnicanor100 I used to have that problem to man. There is no muscle in your wrists, so you have to be extra careful. Make sure your not bending them while you lift, keep them straight as possible. I went the extra step and bought gloves with built in wrist wraps to help keep them straight and supported..never had any issues since.

@MrWilBarker well if your right pec is bigger then it's probably taking more stress off your arms when bench pressing, try some isolation exercises for the smaller muscle groups.
One thing i have done that really helps is. Ex: say my left bicep is smaller than my right. In this case let's say i am doing dumbell curls. I will max out or hit positive failure on my left bicep and count how many reps it took to get there. let's say it was 12. Then i'll do the exact amount of 12 on my right, even when my right could go to 15+. I have done this type of thing for my biceps, and chest and has worked very well.
I was reading in one article that supplement usage in long term can make your bones weak becouse overusing calcium and many other minerals, increase the chance of heart failure give you kidney stones and possibly cancer. Just wanted to add, that the problem Keith mentioned of have a herniated disc - that is what I had too. Used Stott Pilates to solve it. This was at age 32, now I'm 43 and lift heavy, jog, swim, weight train without a single issue following many years of Stott Pilates. Hey Twinz, great videos thanks for the advice, been following quite a bit of it. Just one thing, PILATES - this is one KEY way for you to sort out those back issues. I myself suffered from lower back problems for many years and even had sciatica / numb left foot and pain that made me cry like a little baby. Pilates, not the mat based one in a free class at the gym - talking about Stott Pilates, one on one... very small gentle movements that focus precisely. Solved all my issues.

I found from personal experience that if you simply focus on your weaker side you can fix this problem without switching to dumbells. It probably doesn't work as efficiently as dumbells but I prefer barbell excersizes and it has seemed to do a pretty good job to even out my inbalances. But you can do what ever the fuck you wanna do!!!!!

People are wrong when they say it's harder to loose weight than to gain weight. I just laugh! Thousands of people loosing weight in a matter of 1-2 weeks. And it takes years to gain weight u want to reach your goal. People say its hardy to loose weight are lazy. Cuz they just don't exercise and eat too much.

@414edhardy Well I agree that gaining weight is harder than losing weight.... but hey, dont just say people who have problems losing fat are lazy! my father works out really hard, lifting weights, doing cardio and shit and he only eats healthy. And still he has a hard time losing weight! Its a matter if genetics too man ;)

my left arm isnt bigger, but alot stronger then my right (from doing 10 years of judo before training ). and becous that left bitch likes to take more attention when doing chest, my right upper chest is a little thicker then my left lol.

i do nothing but dumbells and do the same number of reps and sets for each arm. my right bicep and tricep are still more built than my left. >.> but thanks for the advice ( yeah i do occasionally hit the gym though)
