Not in my opinion. The tempo changes aren't that hard to figure out if you're close enough to FC it anyways. Hell, I don't even know where the tempo changes are and I'm close to an FC. On the other hand, Won't Get Fooled Again is by far the most technical RB1 song, and actually has patterns that change at complete random, unlike Run to the Hills, which is the same pattern throughout the entire song.
