i wish he didnt end up sucking. such an amazing junior career, just couldnt pull through in the show. then again...was he ever really given the chance? nah.

can't believe we kept pogge instead of rask... It's probably due to the canadian stereotype that canadains "know how to win". Another big mistake by JFJ...if he kept rask, maybe pogge would have felt less pressure to be the "saviour" for the leafs net woes.

The leafs media named him the saviuor of the future, and he couldn't live up to such a high expectation, i hope he finds his game as a duck. But yea, trading raycrof for rask a few years back while keeping pogge as the "the tender of the future" has massively bit the leafs in the ass.
@jaggedsymmetry man i believe that if he stuck around and was around allaire the goalie coach he would be in the nhl by now. He must have said something to management that made him leave because teams are very patient when developing a goalie
