  • not bad, but the order should be reconsidered. The best HIT routine using major compounds would be, for example (one warm up set on each): Squats (2 sets to failure, Bench (2 sets), Deads (2 sets), Overhead Press (2 sets), Chins (2 sets). That's it. That can be done in 30 min, every third day.
