I can't STAND seeing a girl in an awesome outfit, but she is wearing the wrong bra, and all you can see is her "double-bubble!" WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! OR... when you can see VPL. I live up North as well in Philly and the term "wife beater" definitely started up here. We call them "wife beaters" because unfortunately in real life/ every movie where the husband beating his wife...he is wearing a white undershirt just like that. That undershirt is just synonymous with loungy and lazy. The blue collar man comes home, takes off or unbuttons his workshirt and he has a wife beater underneath. Or the scrub that sits on the couch all day has one on. Smh it's sad but true lol
