This is a lesson for Russia. Russians living in "enclaves" in Ukraine, the Baltics, the Caucuses, Sakhalin, Karelia, Kamchatka, Central Asia, Kaliningrad, etc should go home to Russia proper ( which is 2 km around Moscow or SPB :-).
