Wow wow wow... ppl c'mon.. Do you really think he'll get 9? 9 is Expert User, maximum you can achieve. He was pretty fluent though, BUT he was repeating the same phrases, his vocabulary wasn't rich enough and overall it wasn't something ideal. On the other hand I don't deny him being rather good. But my mark for him is 7.0 ... maybe 7.5.

i was not meant i mean he is over confident and he is maintaining the eye contact because i am also working with BC at chandigarh well we do not take speaking exam but we have authority to go institutes for training if i'll the examiner of this won;t give him more than 7.0 barely and one more thing that picture is not mine because we don;t have permission to show our face normally to picture and last and one more is that if anyone got 9 in speaking he/she get chance to work with BC and
