@mintella97 finishing all story missions isn't enough, you must also purchase all safe houses, collect all hidden pickups, submissions(like paramedic mission), hidden challenges(like chilliad challenge), stadium challenges, learn all moves on the gym, ammunation challenges, other school missions(boat and bike school), asset missions, courier missions, racing missions and the import/export cars

@MrAshley1111 The Andromada is a Cargo Plane featured in one of the desert missions of the game, you ride a bike into the rear of it and have a gunfight onboard then parachute out the back of it. However it was cut from the game. It is still on the game code and mods can reobtain it and it can be found at the Desert Airfield, but I don't do all that modding stuff, so go and research it, btw you can't get it on a console version
