  • Reno in a catsuit.. that is an image I will have to use a .45 to get out of my head, good fucking god.

  • Too bad he sold out

  • Most bloggers here have No clue re 1400 Years of Islamic Terrorism!

  • 1997 yep he was still a liberal. after 911 he cured himself of the mental disability that is liberalism. now y didn't the rest of the libs do that?

  • @qwertyuiopasdfghj307 because fucking ourselves over finacially doesnt help us avoid terrorists . . . spending 59% of our descretionary budget on guns when our country is broke seems like the dumbest shit we could ever do .. . but expecting a republican to understand finances is asking a bit too much i guess

  • @keggerous I wasn't talking about the terrorist attacks. I meant the liberals behavior afterwards, how they said we deserved it. I didn't like that and neither did Miller. I didn't say 911 was the reason he changed. The miss lead people of the democratic party were the reason, after 911 was the time. by the way not all who disagree with the Dems are republican but i do agree with you on one thing though we shouldn't spend what we don't have your right about that

  • @qwertyuiopasdfghj307 Nobody deserves to die, but when a country conducts foreign policy the way ours does, blowback is inevitable. It was inevitable that an attack on our soil perpetrated by foreign terrorists was going to happen. To think that our actions don't have consequences is horrible arrogant and naive.

  • Lol I'm always glad I joined and don't ever regret it, but the rules and regs are bullshit sometimes. Most of the time it's the officers trying to make a name for themselves. It makes me hate officers so much, I've met a couple good officers but man, most of them couldn't be in command of a dairy queen.

  • @xtremejohnny69 that's because NCO's get their positions by getting good NCOER's, while officers are actually ranked. if a captain can dime out another captain who is ranked 1 or 2, then it makes his paperwork look better. they get to the top by stabbing themselves in the back.

  • WOW !I could change a landing gear on a boeing 707 at the ripe old age of 20. I am 29 now and manage 30+ people. I have been to 13 different countries. Lived in tents that YOU wouldnt shit in and am Proud that I have.My ASVAP average is 93 out of 100. He makes us seem like some hapless idiots who have no self motivation. I put out a fire on a burning aircraft. WTF! If you havent been there you do not know. I like what he has to say now (2011) but he was a shit head then. What is he really!

  • @40calfreak keep in mind he explicitly excluded the enlisted men in this rant. and he was referring to the Tailhook scandal that was all over the news at the time, being only 29 you probably didn't even hear of it.

  • dennis miller would be nothing without writers. but then again he makes a lot of good points.

  • @TROYHOLEMAN Ya know... that's the thing>> He writes everything he says- all by himself!!!!

  • Dennis, how much did you sell your soul for? You are no longer funny or witty, but vile and and full of self. Did the right-wingers force you to read Ayn Rand's crap until you couldn't take it anymore?

    Now that is terror!

  • @777foxylady No; he woke the fuck up, you idiot.

  • @kickyerass that or he had a nightmare called 9/11 and decided to turn into the very thing he spend fourty years railing against

  • @darkwarriorkane *forty

  • SOme people just want to do there part in serving, but yes we are ran by idots all they care about is war toys and billion dollar wars that Presdients start form High treason. As you notice who is going to jail is the enlisted, that is like sending corporal dustenkoff to jail ffor hitlers crimes, but thats America. Nobody guilty thats elite and blame it on a pee-on and America accepts that..

  • @BigBry49 Hey genius; take a course in spelling. Maybe then- in critical thinking. .... nah; ain't gonna happen...

  • Miller never sold out. He always spoke out for common sense, doing the right thing, and people taking control of their own lives instead of letting the government do it for them.

  • This is timeless wisdom, the Miller who wasn't afraid to speak his mind before the establishment got him to sell out. Personally I think he was quite restrained I'd have been much more scathing about those who agree to murder on order. Though I somehow get the feeling that NONE of his own kids entered the armed forces; just some lines you don't ever cross.

  • @Jaybeefromhiscastle "the establishment got him to sell out" How the fuck would that work? Speaking of wisdom, my iq is quite blessed, yet I can't begin to wrap my friggin' head around such a concept. I love to learn, so could you please enlighten me??

  • Not everyone goes into the military because they aren't capable of much. To the contrary, many capable people choose the military because they want to serve their country, and, also, choose it as a career as opposed to many other possible career choices. Miller is usually entertaining and insightful; this time, he is simply embarrassingly ignorant.

  • Not at all, even back when he was insulting the military, you could tell he had other elements in his make-up that enabled him to see beyond the typical, liberal clap-trap, which only morons find funny. For example, about the same time he was saying these things, he was defending Perot's running mate James Stockdale, whom the liberal media was hounding mercilessly because he was a bit doddering. He pointed out what a hero Stockdale was, and how he was hurt in Vietnamese captivity. Miller grew.

  • I've been in the military 29 years. Thankfully Dennis Miller has evolved in a way pleasing to my taste. He's attained enough wisdom to realize the liberals, while SEEMING to be smarter than everyone else, are largely full of sh*t. He's come full circle to embrace an extremely pro-military stance, and is way to the right on the political spectrum. Too bad more regular Americans can't become like him as they age. I've been a fan ever since he hit the stage, and am even moreso today.

  • @namdooga69 Hypocrite. I guess there was no money in being a liberal for Miller. He figured a steady paying gig was evolving into a rightwad windbag.

  • @namdooga69 So when Miller leaned left his comedy was "liberal clap-trap", but when he began to move right he suddenly became brilliant and wise because you agree with him politically? Sounds like you're the one who's full of shit.

  • Nearly 14 years later, and it is still relevant...

  • He's funny but some of that shit could've got him silenced...

  • sexism in the military is expected, you put men in a situation where they have to fight for their lives, you pump them with reptile brain propaganda, you have to expect their primal animal nature will come out especially sexism.these higher level ideas like peace, and love, and tolerance are all fine for people in peace time, when you are living by your instincts you have no place for such things, trying to impose them will just get more soldiers killed.but thats just my opinion, i could be wrong.

  • @tuseroni In 29 years I've not received one word of "reptile brain propaganda." You seem to be someone who knows ZERO about the military. I do. And I have a very developed sense of humor, too, which is why Miller is one of my favorite, thinking-man's comedians. The lofty ideas you espouse are pie-in-the-sky idealistic nonsense, when taken to the extreme, like liberals are wont to do. Peace: never (Mat 24:6). Love: what, terrorists as they kill us? Tolerance: of whom, unbending fanatics?

  • Dennis miller needs to run for a political office we sure could use a level head with a smart mind to help us out.Hes not just some comidian hes a thinker and loves this country.

  • @MegaKickurass i could not agree more!

  • @MegaKickurass Good thoughts, good moniker! ;)

  • This guy did a total 180 and now hes on Fox news cramming propaganda down fat rednecks throats.

  • @waterbiscut91 No it wasn't a 180, it's called recognizing the WOT. If you were paying attention you'd notice his rhetoric, thought process, and values really haven't changed.

  • id love to see him live ANYWHERE -okay maybe not anywhere-

  • We miss you Dennis!
