181st under the bridge!!! love that spot! the cops have known about it for years but usually when there's a party or rave there its very calm an low key. although once and a while the cops do show up. one time i was there and the cops came, we had the turn tables and lights set up and three cases of budweiser. the cops told us they couldnt leave us there with three cases of beer so they let me and a few other guys chug all three cases, then they left and we continued to party. i love NYC!!!
