  • Commuter E-locomotives in dutch have permisie max run 140KM/h.Freight locomotives 100KM/h.

  • a solo locomotive with no train was only permitted to have a speed of 70 KM/h, correct? if that's true, then, wasn't this guy exceeding the Speed-limit?
