Fucking scum. This equipment is supposed to be used during a riot or war. This can not be used on anyone who is non-violant and using the democratic right of protest. I support Georgians but its clear their Government is corrupt and their Police force who I have personaly seen on many occasions are not up to the job. Un-Educated thugs who when the roads were icy decided to spin their patrol cars in circles, then the forced bribes from innocent moterists.
