My Mother took her life on 9/11/06 and Keb Mo was her favorite Artist. I played this song plus one other, to her Memorial Video at her funeral service and it touched all that were there. I used to smile whenever she had his CD playing cuz she was this little bitty Italian woman who was soooooooooo into Kevin's music, it was absolutely a joy to watch! I listen to his music and it takes me back to when she was still with me. I miss u Mom! I love Keb Mo!

Indeed. There's another version which is just as good if not better, he played it at the New Orleans Jazzfest and it was mind blowing. Sadly it was only available for streaming for a very short period of time.

Check this out....New Keb Mo fan here, I'm 58 yrs old, dyed in the wool traditional bluegrasser, and I've not been this impressed with a performer since I saw those grown women throw thier panties at Elvis...LMAO (that really DID happen, I was there) This guy can absolutely get after it.
