song was epic and still is, tripped out to this song when i was like 15, not about the drugs though, this really is a song ahead of it`s time, could of came out yesterday and would still rock
wow...creepy video...the song seems to confuse me i dont know if they are building up ...but they just ....go to mellow.....which seems to contradict the video....its very morbid...with a relaxed sound...and the lyrics seem to be for the being active and realising what you have but the video ...is creepy and the singers voice is high pitched....dont really get this song....ill listen to more songs but this one is not a favorite ....
Wow, only 13000 views...Such a good song...all I could remember were the words and had to search forever just to find who sang it ..but then. :-) ..brought back some great memories. That guitar rif just gets stuck in your head, like a bloody trance
This is my favourite song.... all time. To this day my buddy gives me a hard time about the time I forgot to lock my front door and he walked in me rockin it out in front of the mirror with my guitar in hand giving my best rockstar pose.
@vertigostewert We know you've kept the u in favourite because you kept it in. You don't need to tell us you moron. You may as well add "I AM POSTING A COMMENT ON YOUTUBE" at the bottom of all your comments.
its hard to get my guitar teacher to play this anymore. Just to let you all know he's Brian Ward one of the guitarist for The Gandharvas. he told me the makeup artist for Hell Raiser did some of this.
Awesome song!! It takes me back to high school for sure. The only thing I'm wondering though, is wasn't the original in 3/4 time? This was the remake and then there was a third remake which was the heavier version (not as good as the first two). I'm just wondering if there's a post for the original somewhere.
I love this song. Back in about 96 I left my door unlocked and my buddy caught me rockin out infront of the mirror.... he still brings it up now and then.
lol, there's no way of knowing how long it will last....i guess you last as long as muchmusic plays you

God they just explode with passion. They shoulda been huge. Thanks for the Green Day comment and the news about Paul Jago!

On their third disc (where they drastically changed their sound) they redid this song. It was totally unnecessary - this version was perfect.
By the way, the singer Paul Jago now has a band called Said Dog, if anyone is interested.
