amazing. i have been watching a few of your videos tonight and i would like to thank you. you have taught me many things and im now eagerly awaiting my next forest trip. good days to you and your family.
I haven't come across any white pine trees around here but there seems to be plenty of Scots pine trees (from which I make a tea with from time to time). Could I use Scots pine in place of white pine to make vinegar? :-)

Susun I'm drooling already! Finely an alternative to Balsamic Vinegar...Sounds yummy!
One thing, it would be great if you mentioned the botanical names when doing your vids. Over here in the UK we call white pine weymouth pine, assuming we are talking about Pinus strobus.

I am unable to gather fresh white pine needles so am I able to make white pine vinegar using dried white pine needles?

@TheCerberusbindweed - fresh always best. You should have some kind of pine in your area, so even if not white pine, you can use others for vinegars.

Any pine will do in a pinch. I usually make tea out of pine needles but the vinegar sounds like a great idea.

Interesting, but a visual of the jar stuffed with pine needles would be very helpful. Almost can't hear what you're saying, as well.
