  • Wow. I tried some Hindu pushups a few years ago, and they destroyed my wrists (tendonitis) I never thought of doing them on a ball before, to keep the wrists from bending too much. Nice vid.

  • Excellent, do not have all that different equipment in my gym but the idea here is the variation which helps to shock the muscles as they get use to doing the same routine over and over and also the different positions which use a different part of the muscle each time.

  • Wonderful how to work out with simple toys while stimulating your muscle fibers, the basis to get real strong, muscular, ripped, flexible and persevering. Combined with some nice protein diets, your body will transform into an astral one within several weeks. :)

  • the pushups on the ball are excellent; it reduces stress on the joints, and, still hits the pecs! nice vid

  • I really enjoyed the variations of push ups. It would be really nice if you could speak for maybe 30 to 45 seconds on on how many sets to do daily or weekly. Nice music and it's mixed in surround sound. Great video with nice transitions. :)

  • Great video and will incorperate them in my workouts for sure...

  • functional exercises use your core effectively, helps with youre balance, strength and over all coordination. I have definetly used many of these techniques when I use to train clients. I no longer do so, I am more intune with my spiritual creative side now, still work out, but it is not my only focus.

  • Excellent video! I love how you put this together showcaseing various pushup routines that not only Improve strength, but focus as well as balance in which is Important in life ;)
