Convert your videos to mp4. When you click import video files to layers, it doesn't show the mp4 video. You have to write the title of the video at the space provided. Hope that help ^^

If your version of Photoshop won't allow you to "Make Frames From Layers", it's likely because you're running in 64 bit mode. Search Google as to how to switch between 32 & 64 bit modes for your OS.

I think I can awnser that question the EXACT same thing happen to me the thing with adobe is they only allow quicktime formats that means only MOV AVI MPEG AND MPG. Those are the only types they allow nothing else worked. But the one that works best out of the ones I mentioned would have to be MPEG. There are tons of online converters that work

@ThePumpkinboo123 If you get all white frames, try converting your movie to .mov (quicktime/apple). Photoshops works better with Quicktime files.

the white box issue seems to be a file format issue i tried mine with a AVI format and it was fine but mpeg wmv came up white for me... so try converting it to AVI or different formats with a video converter total video converters great for this...
