Dr. Zakir Naik gave a very dot on response, it was accurate. He said Indians in Muslims don't need help from Arabs, he is just suggesting that Arabs utilize the money properly in principle w/ Islam instead of wastefully. The point was advise 4 Arabs to use that money 4 doing good, 'coz more wealth u have, more u get questioned in afterlife and w/ greater severity.

That question was put in a decent way. Kafir is an Arabic word which came from the root work Kufr. Kufr in Arabic means praying/worshipping/believing in some other god except Allah. Hence Kafir means the one who doesnt believe in Islam and worship some other gods. Kafir is a singular word as Non-Muslim and Kuffar is a plural work as Non-Muslims. So, there is no rudeness in this, as Non-Christains, Non-Hindus, Non-Muslims in Arabic is Kafir. Hope I made it clear.
