@pacman0799 Please try to read correctly, I never talked of 4956 pieces, When I used the number "4956", it was always mentioned as set number - maybe you have seen Lego sets before, they always have 4 digit numbers on them.

Not exactly, but I recommend having a look in the instruction of set 4956 - that was the base for this model, added some more modifications, but I guess you can rebuilt it with that instruction and the video.

For this house I used 2 complete #4956 sets, plus additional parts from my collection.

(The car is from the set ä4883, only placed there because im low on free space...)

Well, look at the set #4956. It got an "annex" at one side, just add another one at the other side. Then add another floor. Thats the basics.

Further I added some details, like the balcony - and the total building is bigger than the set-house; expanded and longer.

I used the set two times, to have some white basic blocks and roof tiles, but I also added some more parts from my collection.

Anyway, I think, if you use the set three times, you should have nearly all the used pieces.

Thank you a lot for that!

In fact you are right, most of the Lego set houses are too small o actually live in them - as you said the beach house 4996 (which I just bought 4 times last week), or also the set 4956.

And about instructions.... I wont creat any for this house, but if you want to rebuilt it: Look at the mentioned set 4956, it was the "base" for this. I just enlarged it, added the second "side-ship", and the second stage, as well ass the garden...

...And as result of the enlarged walls, also the roof became way larger...

I used 2x set 4956 + parts from my collection for this, but I guess, 3 times the set would fit as well.

And if you like my house(s), keep an eye on me, the next one "Building a Lego House IV" is planned, and I should have enough bricks by now - only the time to realize it wasnt there yet, but I think, I'll start soon.

you totally upgraded that house big time. i think lego would make out huge if they let people like you create instructions on how to build this model and let people order the necessary blocks online to construct it, giving you a cut of the profits. videos like this would give it so many referrals as well.

Well, for this house I used 2 of those sets plus some extra parts from my collection.

It's not hard to built, just use your fantasy - and collect enough bricks.

This house set 4956 contains a lot of usefull bricks - thats why I got it 9 times now.

But till building will start, some more weeks will pass, and till the house and the clip is done, it will take even more time...

I usually build my houses from scratch, with actuall walls for the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. and i put furnature in too.
