And the Lord always spared some of them because of His covenant with Abraham, Isac, Jacob, David, Salomon and so on. He did establish His covenant with the children of Israel(the Jews), and He DID say He would never break it. It is an ETERNAL covenant, which means the Jews are stil the poeple of God.

Stil, we all call both those who practice judaism and people from Israel "jews".

This person would say in arabic that he/she did not have a religion and the he/she believes in ALLAH, he/she choose not to name him.

"The great deceiver" and "The most proud One" are actually two of the 99 names of Allah in the Quran. And, yes, some of the names of Allah in the Quran are the same as how the Bible describes satan or lucifer.
