@SparcoC4 Hanoi Rocks is not very popular in my country but i have met some who know about them. They said that HR is not as good. I ask them what song or album of HR that they listened to, they replied Two Steps. I said i see their point and I told them to check out other albums. I think Two Steps could have been a good album if the sound had been cleaner. Bob Ezrin bullshit
@squirtkiller I agree. But for Two Steps from the Move, it's like a big disappointment 'cause it's the first (and maybe the only?) Hanoi Rocks major label album. It's supposed to have the best sound out of HR albums but eventually it doesn't. I guess that they (or Bob Ezrin or both side) wanted to capture the raw sound from early HR stuff but still wanted to make it different so at the end the sound is not as good. Anybody can tell that the drum in TS is rather weak
@squirtkiller most of the people dont understand how good hanoi really is,because their albums sound is shit, they should be more cleaner like ac dc style where guitar sounds are loud...know what i mean
@Jupppeee Even CBS Thought that they were not gonna make big money out of Two Steps that's why they required a cover and Up Around The Bend was added when the studio session for the album was over. As long as i'm a fan of Hanoi, i still wonder how can a great album lack of a potential hit?! I'm not saying that the songs in Two Steps suck but it take people a while to get into it so it's hard to be popularized. I do believe HR could make a breakthrough, but it must be with another album
@squirtkiller yes, i agree.. they should have been took some older hanoi song and make it better.. there was couple of earlier hanoi songs that had hit potential..
Michael said in some interview that song called PEOPLE LIKE ME was first meant to be single for the next album after two steps from the move.. as we know, they released and modified it 2002..
hit potential maybe.. shame that two steps from the move lack hit song..

@SparcoC4 I mean both this video and the album. Especially the drum. To me it's a bit disappointed when i compare it to Back to Mystery City album
