  • I got to meet and take pictures of Sir Warrior's son...He sang some of his songs at one of our Mbieri Association's christmas party..it was amazing.

  • You have to respect these musicians. I learnt guitar at an old age with all kinds of aid and still struggle like mad. These guys just played by ear. I am almost sure music theory like scales, chords, etc weren't taught to them. Fascinating.....

  • Holy shit. I'm about to crap my pants. I am actually peering through the video to see if I can see a little boy (me) rocking to Sir Warrior. OronBaba you don't know what you have caused. I'll call my brother now and we will reminisce about Naija music history especially that of Orientals. From the formation to the splinter groups (Kabaka, Alloy, Dan Satch, Orlu Brothers, Rock of Ages, etc) and the reunion.

The good thing is that I continued to be true to Warrior and I have all his recordings.

  • I can't believe those Peugeot 404 and stilettos. The music is awesome, even without a studio recording still sounds great.

  • IBO- Made Proud 404 Pejoooo

  • I don't think.

  • Can we igbos have this kind of voice of Dr sir warrior again in igbo land?

  • Please, post more of this original song. I was a very small kid then. But this video tells a lot about our people then: what they wore, their hair style, some with big akpola, some bare-footed. Very interesting. Needs more please Oronbaba

  • Dude, is this clip longer than what was posted? If yes, could you post the remaining parts? I was a youngster when this music came out, about 1978. I believe this was their first lp after Akwila and Ichita left the band. Aloy Anyanwu displayed his expertise at base guitar playing in this album. What a memeory and how sad that Warrior is no more.

Thank you, Oronbaba. Post some more if could this
