@honeypoo611 It's not bad. You hardly, if anything, remember when you're under the influence of anesthesia. I, personally, did not have any pain or suffer from dry sockets when I had mine done--and I have all 4 done at the same time. Everyone is different, but it's a simple process, and if you do have any pain, you get some nice Vicodin to take home. Best of luck!
