i have just been diagnosed with a 3 mm disk herniation... the doctor had given me a pamphlet on idd therapy.... i weiight lift regularly and would like to keep my w doeight lifting a part ofmy life.... up loader i dont know if how much you know about the treatment but do you think it can benifit me... thanx
