When he said prescription drugs, he meant Adderall, Ritalin.. stuff like that. I take Adderall; a generic kind, well, I'm "supposed to take it". This song helps a lot. I don't like being categorized under the common "ADD".. I wanna be who I am. This song helps me "Maintain Consciousness", without stupid pills. I'm a smart kid, I just can't focus on ANYTHING. I don't hear one word the teacher says. But this song helps me break the mold. I try harder after I hear it. Relient K FTW! :)

Relient K being a christian band writes religious songs and this is one of them They are writing about bread and circus which is everything that distracts us from God and from what really matters in life. For example having to have the next best version of the ipod and if you dont then you are looked upon as an outcast etc.
