I love this show to death and can't wait until the new season. For some reason it just works. It's not like I can point out what's so funny about it, I just think it's hilarious. I adore Kristen Schaal. My only problem with the show is the animation, I'm picky with cartoons; I can't watch them unless they're visually pretty. I can't watch ugly cartoons and I'm sure I miss out on a lot of good shows because of it. I'm such a girl.

They're keeping the rest of the "Animation Domination" Sunday nigiht lineup but getting rid of Bob's Burgers & replacing it with some other cartoon show (the name escapes me at the moment). At least Fox didn't yank this show after only a couple of episodes like they did "Sit Down & Shut Up" a few years ago.

The thing about Home Movies (and now Bob's Burgers) is that it's really, really improvised, hence the overlapping voices. It's something really unique that is so loveable.

Bob's Burgers is a hilarious show with excellent actors. Best parts? Doesn't rely so much on grossout humor like Seth MacFarlane, isn't blatantly anti-Semitic like Seth MacFarlane, the father's actually SMART unlike with Seth MacFarlane, and once again, unlike Seth MacFarlane, I laughed out loud so much I almost burst into tears. I especially laughed out loud at last night's episode.
I really like this show. It's witty and doesn't just rely on gross-out humor like the creations of Seth MacFarlane. I've really lost patience with him. But Bob's Burgers is fun. And tonight, the episode made a deliberate reference to Dumbo!
The cast is awesome, the humour is brilliant, but it's not something that's going to be widely appreciated by everyone. Which is a shame, because it certainly deserves it. I like the subtlety of it that you don't get with Family Guy etc.

Completely agree that this show is funny, will have a huge cult following, but ultimately will be cancelled in short order. I'd be surprised if it lasts more than two seasons. Especially considering Fox's track record with good programming. My favorite member of the voice cast is Dan Mintz as Tina. He delivers lines in such a deliciously flat manner that makes me crack up whenever Tina is speaking.

I really enjoy it but I agree that it won't stick. Which is a huge shame because the voice actors are brilliant and I really enjoy the humour ... not very mainstream though. Still, if it is cancelled hopefully another network will have the sense to pick it up.

Bob's Burgers is a hilarious show with excellent actors. Best parts? Doesn't rely so much on grossout humor like Seth MacFarlane, isn't blatantly anti-Semitic like Seth MacFarlane, the father's actually SMART unlike with Seth MacFarlane, and once again, unlike Seth MacFarlane, I laughed out loud so much I almost burst into tears. I especially laughed out loud at last night's episode.

I really like this show. It's witty and doesn't just rely on gross-out humor like the creations of Seth MacFarlane. I've really lost patience with him. But Bob's Burgers is fun. And tonight, the episode made a deliberate reference to Dumbo!

I couldn't agree more with everything you said.
The cast is awesome, the humour is brilliant, but it's not something that's going to be widely appreciated by everyone. Which is a shame, because it certainly deserves it. I like the subtlety of it that you don't get with Family Guy etc.
And yeah, Kristen Schaal's voice is amazing!

Completely agree that this show is funny, will have a huge cult following, but ultimately will be cancelled in short order. I'd be surprised if it lasts more than two seasons. Especially considering Fox's track record with good programming. My favorite member of the voice cast is Dan Mintz as Tina. He delivers lines in such a deliciously flat manner that makes me crack up whenever Tina is speaking.

I love this show. Then again, having grown up watching the classic sitcoms of the 70s, I was programmed from an early age to find the kvetching of Jews endlessly fascinating. Thus why I use words like kvetch and farkakte.

I don't really have much of a favorite Character. Each of their personalities are hilarious to me bur I really hope the show stay's. I like how it has little laughs, that kinda warm you up for a big laugh.

I really enjoy it but I agree that it won't stick. Which is a huge shame because the voice actors are brilliant and I really enjoy the humour ... not very mainstream though. Still, if it is cancelled hopefully another network will have the sense to pick it up.
