thats because it not, its a modification of the game ARMA called City Life Mod, read the description :p

This MOD can be played now in BETA v1.31 and the dev team are working hard to push out 1.35. 1.35 will be bring alot more to City Life and we are looking forward to filling the server and having alot of fun :)
