Another quite interesting thing about the Requiem is that Mozart was really afraid to die, and to be rejected @ Gods judgement, so depressing. Lines like Salva me (save me) or Voca Me Cum Benedictis (place me among the blesses) and that kind of things... but it's brilliant music.

Mozart's is defentely my favorite requiem, and Confutatis ismy favorite movement... But I dont like this recording of Mozart's Requiem

it sends chills down my spine...reading that and listening to the requiem...my marching band played the confutatis, lacrimosa, mozarts requiem and another requiem this past year...((avon marching band 2007:AGAINST THE CLOCK))
