@Super69Mario It means the church is dead and now the "missionalists" hold the torch of the gospel by using the word missional among other jargon not found in the bible. It's a new world, it's post Christian now! Christianity was so 8 days ago.
Perhaps the church needs to stop thinking so much and just integrate itself into the community it is trying to reach, rather than constantly analysing and researching and authoring books on the subject. Relevance and conext can only come through empathy. Jesus showed us how to combine learning with the down and dirty of everyday life. Get out there and live the life of the people you are trying to reach. We need more apostles and fewer priests - I doubt revival is going to led by academics!
thanks for taking the time to view the video. an individual, with some bravery, can integrate herself into the context of the community for ministry. a church, on the other hand, has a much more difficult doing this time because of its specific, historic DNA and its particular sociological markers. thus, i think, this necessitates some analysis that would lead to change, and some rather stiff theological basis for hope. however, i could be wrong...i enjoyed viewing your video called, truth.
What exactly does "Post Christian" mean?
