HungryNation, I play basketball every week. I am simply 5'9 and I am able to dunk! I just took the training workout at "50inch vertical [dot] com" - you can probably do it too
Mofongo Baby!!! Mash plaintains with so much garlic it almost hurts. Then pair with a mojo pulled pork and a beef ajus like a french dip but not as salty. It's like a flavor explosion! And just he name Mo-fong-go!! How can that not be the most awesome Latin food you have ever eatten. Thank you Porta Rico!
@Xiia0Sn00pY Mayo (short for 'mayonnaise') is simply an emulsification of eggs and oil. Beyond that you can go in various flavor directions. For example, adding garlic (usually in ridiculous amounts lol) makes an aioli or 'garlic mayo'. Try making your own mayo at home and add tabasco or Frank's and white pepper. There's your spicy mayo!
@Xiia0Sn00pY Wait, so he needed to tell you there were spices in spicy mayonnaise? Really? It kind of goes without saying that spicy things have spice in them.
Can't get much better than fajitas! I'm guessing that's at least part latin. By the way, I hate you guys because I'm so ridiculously hungry right now =]
Tacos de Cochinita Pibil.... aaaaaaaaah the best of the best.... and Tacos de "Cochi" (the things left on the grill or pan where taco meat were prepared, it has essential fats and authentic taco flavor)
WOW! This looks so incredibly delicious and it's making me wicked hungry! D: I have to move to Miami, Florida or... at least go there on vacation soon. xD
@TNASESRaider Sorry, but no. Chorizo is a specific sausage that comes from Spain and has been spread throughout its colonies. Mexico, being a colony of Spain, has a version, but there are definitely differences in terms of taste between a Spanish and Mexican Chorizo. Spanish Chorizo is a deep, dark red from the ingredient Pimenton, while Mexican Chorizo is colored from peppers or more commonly, achiote or annato seed. Also Spanish Chorizo has white wine, and Mexican Chorizo, has vinegar instead.
obnoxioso.
