Mario Kart seemed like a bland arcade racer.

In CTR is had an amazing story line, Awesome battle arenas, Characters with different stats. Not to mention unlockable characters, stacks of unlockable tracks, boss battles, and power slides.

I think you had to beat N.Tropy's ghost in time trial when he appears, on all tracks, then he's playable.

Same with that Ripper Roo character.

All single player timetrials must be gold medals to unluck N.Tropy, if i remember correctly, and the penguin can be unlocked with a cheat.

not all of them you can unlock oxide buy compleating everything in the game

@jhjameszilla No, you can`t get Nitrous Oxide without hacking. People get it as a skin from any hacking program. That`s why the smoke comes from Nitrous Oxide and not the escapes from the kart. Those are the only ones you can get without hacking.

@DEsean74 I read online that they are all unlockable. For Koala Kong you have to have a save of Crash Bash on you memory card. You need to beat all of Oxides time trials to unlock him and search how to unlock N. Brio because its too long.

For those people wondering why he doesn't have Nitros Oxide it's because you can ONLY use N. Oxide by using a Gameshark or Action Replay or emulator thing. That's the ONLY way to play as N. Oxide.

very simple and nice trick to get the penguin: unlock fake crash,than copy the memory file into another memory card,and use the new...maybe load adventure..then change card..and start a new adventure..i don't remember,it happened looong time ago :D
