My god that was so friggin awesome that may be the best fan art animation that I have ever scene and I've seen a lot of good fan art but nothing compares to that standard. I would say that almost gets up to the level of the original and in some cases it was even better then the original so really friggin good job guys :).

yeah he can...but the thing is Kakashi's clones can perfectly distribute his chakra, just like any excellent ninja, so unless he had a byakugan he can't really tell the difference
